WW 300 films are specially designed for medium-term indoor and outdoor decoration, with a high-tack adhesive that performs brilliantly on flat and demanding wall surfaces. The WW 300 Series can be paired with several Mactac laminating films, for different finishes and applications ranging from flooring to anti-graffiti solutions. We can’t claim that these films are a ‘universal’ solution, but they come close!

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Mactac WW300 different from standard vinyl?
Mactac WW300 is a high-tack, monomeric vinyl specifically engineered for "hard-to-stick" surfaces. While standard vinyls are designed for smooth glass or metal, WW300 features an ultra-aggressive high-tack adhesive that bonds to challenging substrates like matte-painted walls, low-energy plastics, and slightly textured surfaces where other films would peel away.
Can Mactac WW300 be applied to brick or concrete?
Yes, when used as part of the "Wall Wrapper" series, it is ideal for interior and exterior walls. For heavily textured surfaces like brick, stone, or cinder block, the vinyl should be applied using a heat gun and a specialized foam roller. The heat softens the film, allowing the high-tack adhesive to "flow" into the crevices of the masonry for a painted-on look.
Is this vinyl suitable for outdoor use?
Absolutely. WW300 is highly resistant to temperature fluctuations and UV exposure. When applied to a vertical outdoor surface, it typically has an outdoor durability of up to 4 years (unprinted). For printed graphics, we strongly recommend a matching Mactac laminate to protect the ink from abrasion and sun fading.
