Any sheets over 1100mm x 1500mm will be split for shipping unless "Dedicated Courier or Collect From Store" is chosen for shipping at checkout. Unless told otherwise in special instructions, boards will be split equally.
This is due to the fact we now only have one option for oversized panels for shipping and this is DX. DX are consistently damaging orders beyond our control and we cannot sustain the additional costs of reproducing/refunding the damages.

We have a massive range of finishing, shaping, sizing and laminate options to choose from so that you can pick the right effect for your Dibond® print. We stock 1220mm x 2440mm and 3050mm x 1550mm sheet sizes so that you have a variety to choose from – but if you need anything bigger, two panels can be attached together.

What is Dibond (ACM) printing?
Dibond is the brand name for a high-specification Aluminum Composite Material (ACM). It consists of two thin sheets of $0.3\text{mm}$ aluminum sandwiching a rigid polyethylene core. This "sandwich" construction makes the board incredibly strong and perfectly flat, while remaining significantly lighter than solid aluminum.
How long does a Dibond sign last outdoors?
Dibond is engineered for long-term exterior use. Because aluminum does not rust and the core does not absorb moisture, these boards can easily last 5 to 10 years or more. When printed with our industrial UV-stable inks, the graphics will remain vibrant and fade-resistant for approximately 3 to 5 years in direct sunlight (even longer with an optional laminate).
What is the difference between Dibond and Foamex?
Durability: Dibond is much tougher and will not become brittle or "shatter" in freezing temperatures like PVC Foamex can. Expansion: Dibond has a very low thermal expansion rate, meaning it won't "bow" or warp on hot summer days. Finish: Dibond offers a perfectly smooth, metallic-grade surface that looks significantly more "premium" for high-end retail and office fascias.
