Mactac WW300 High Tack Vinyl is a premium monomeric PVC film specifically engineered for demanding indoor and outdoor applications. While standard adhesive vinyls struggle to bond with low-energy plastics or matte-painted walls, the WW300 series features an ultra-aggressive solvent acrylic adhesive designed to stay put on challenging, non-smooth substrates.

Key Features of WW300 High Tack Vinyl:

  • Versatile Adhesion: Ideally suited for "difficult" surfaces, including slightly textured walls, MDF panels, and low-surface-energy plastics.

  • Durability: Offers up to 4 years of outdoor durability, making it a reliable choice for long-term wall graphics and outdoor branding.

  • Custom Finishes: Enhance your prints with a range of laminates, including Matt, Gloss, Anti-Graffiti, and UV Protection to ensure your graphics remain vibrant and protected from the elements.

  • Multi-Surface Compatibility: When applied with a heat gun, it can even conform to masonry like brick and concrete, providing a seamless "painted-on" look for industrial or rustic interior décor.

Whether you are creating high-impact retail displays or rugged outdoor banners for construction sites, Mactac WW300 provides the grip and longevity you need. It is compatible with Eco-solvent, Latex, and UV printing methods, ensuring sharp, photo-quality results for every project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Mactac WW300 different from standard vinyl?
Mactac WW300 is a high-tack, monomeric vinyl specifically engineered for "hard-to-stick" surfaces. While standard vinyls are designed for smooth glass or metal, WW300 features an ultra-aggressive high-tack adhesive that bonds to challenging substrates like matte-painted walls, low-energy plastics, and slightly textured surfaces where other films would peel away.
Can Mactac WW300 be applied to brick or concrete?
Yes, when used as part of the "Wall Wrapper" series, it is ideal for interior and exterior walls. For heavily textured surfaces like brick, stone, or cinder block, the vinyl should be applied using a heat gun and a specialized foam roller. The heat softens the film, allowing the high-tack adhesive to "flow" into the crevices of the masonry for a painted-on look.
Is this vinyl suitable for outdoor use?
Absolutely. WW300 is highly resistant to temperature fluctuations and UV exposure. When applied to a vertical outdoor surface, it typically has an outdoor durability of up to 4 years (unprinted). For printed graphics, we strongly recommend a matching Mactac laminate to protect the ink from abrasion and sun fading.
