Core Materials & Options

Our rigid materials include (but aren’t limited to):

• Foamex / PVC foam board – lightweight, rigid, and versatile. Available in thicknesses such as 3 mm, 5 mm or 10 mm, Foamex offers a smooth printing surface and is suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor use.

• Aluminium composite panels / Dibond – consist of a polyethylene core sandwiched between aluminium skins. These panels are weather-resistant, durable and ideal for permanent or semi-permanent signage.

• Acrylic / Perspex – clear, opal or coloured acrylic sheets with polished edges; excellent for premium indoor signage, backlit displays or frameless effects.

• Corrugated plastic / Correx / Fluted polypropylene – affordable, lightweight and water-resistant, often used for short-term or campaign signage (for example, real-estate boards or temporary directional signs).
