Are these signs printed directly onto the board?
We use high-definition UV flatbed printers to print your designs directly onto the substrate. This process ensures the ink bonds perfectly to the material, resulting in a scratch-resistant, fade-resistant finish that doesn't require additional lamination for standard use.
How do I install my rigid signage?
Correx/Foamex: Can be easily drilled and screwed, or attached with heavy-duty velcro/double-sided tape for indoor use. Dibond: Usually drilled and mounted to walls or fixed to posts using specialized rail systems. Acrylic: Often installed using "stand-off" chrome or satin spacers to create a 3D effect away from the wall.
Is rigid signage recyclable?
Many of our materials are recyclable. Correx and Dibond (once the core and skins are separated) are widely accepted at recycling centers. We also offer eco-friendly alternatives like Karton or Honeycombed cardboard for short-term indoor displays that are 100% plastic-free.
