Recycled fabric printing

Our environmentally friendly recycled display fabric is perfect for a range of applications and can be printed with HD, pin-sharp graphics. Some examples of uses include branded beanbag covers, tablecloths, stretch frames for exhibition displays and fabric banners.

The recycled nature of the fabric doesn’t impact on its quality in any way, and as well as being better for the environment, the fabric has a B1 and M1 fire rating. To stop fraying and ensure durability, the fabric is made with knitted polyester – meaning it can be cleanly cut. We also offer hemming options, which we have found help the fabric to hang better when applied.

At Colour Graphics, we use a Vutek Fabrivu dye-sublimination printer to print directly on the recycled material. This produces eye-catching, ultra-vivid colours, pin-sharp details. We also have top of the range colour match technology to ensure your artwork is replicated precisely onto the fabric. Our recycled fabric is also washable, making it a hygienic option.

Recycled Display Fabric (often called rPET) is a sustainable textile woven from fibers made out of recycled plastic bottles. It offers the same premium look and feel as virgin polyester but with a significantly lower environmental footprint, helping to divert plastic waste from landfills and oceans.
Does recycled fabric print as well as standard polyester?
Yes. Our recycled display fabric is engineered to provide the same high-definition results as traditional textiles. It is optimized for Dye-Sublimation printing, where the ink is heat-fused into the recycled fibers. This produces ultra-vivid colors and sharp details that won't crack or peel.
Is the fabric fire-rated for exhibition use?
Safety is a priority for indoor events. Our recycled display fabric is B1 and M1 fire-rated, making it fully compliant with UK and European safety regulations. It is safe for use in high-traffic public spaces like exhibition halls, shopping centers, and museums.
