What are the benefits of a rectangle flag over a feather flag?
The rectangular shape provides a much larger, squared-off "canvas." This is the best choice for portrait-oriented logos and long vertical text, as the material doesn't taper at the top, ensuring your message remains fully visible and easy to read.
Can I have a different design on each side?
Yes! We offer both single-sided (with a mirrored image on the reverse) and double-sided rectangle flags. Double-sided flags include a blockout silver liner in the middle to prevent any "show-through," ensuring your branding is crisp and legible from both directions.
Will the flag "furl" or wrap around the pole?
Our rectangle flags are designed with a top horizontal arm (gallows arm) that keeps the flag under tension. This ensures your graphic stays fully extended and visible even when there is no wind.
What material is used for rectangle flags?
We use a high-quality 115gsm knitted polyester which is the industry standard for durability and airflow. For high-wind coastal or hilltop locations, we also offer an Airmesh option which features tiny perforations to reduce wind loading.
Are these flags suitable for permanent outdoor use?
While our flags are built to be highly durable and UV-resistant, they are designed as portable event signage. To maximize the lifespan of your flag, we recommend taking it down during extreme weather or winds exceeding Beaufort Scale 6 (approx. 30mph).
