Frequently Asked Questions

Are Feather Flags wind-resistant?
Yes. Our feather flags are designed to rotate 360° with the wind, which prevents the pole from snapping and stops the flag from wrapping around itself. They are typically safe in winds up to 18mph to 22mph (Beaufort Scale 4-5). We recommend taking flags down in gale-force conditions.
Can the flag be washed?
Absolutely. We use dye-sublimation printing, so the colors won't wash away. You can machine wash the flag on a gentle 30°C cycle. Always air-dry the flag; do not tumble dry. Re-attaching it to the pole while slightly damp can help pull out any minor wrinkles.
Can I swap the flag graphic later?
Yes! The pole and base are a one-time investment. If you have a new sale or a rebrand, you can simply order a replacement Feather Flag graphic to fit your existing hardware, making it a highly sustainable and cost-effective marketing tool.
