What is Clear Self-Adhesive Vinyl?
Clear Self-Adhesive Vinyl is a transparent PVC film with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. Unlike white vinyl, the unprinted areas remain see-through, allowing the surface underneath (such as glass or acrylic) to remain visible. It is the go-to material for creating sleek, professional branding that doesn't block light or visibility.
Can you print white ink on clear vinyl?
Yes! We offer advanced White Ink Technology. Because standard printer inks are translucent, they can look "ghost-like" on clear glass. By adding a layer of opaque white ink behind your design, we ensure your colors are vibrant and solid. We can also print white-only designs for a sophisticated, minimalist look.
Is this vinyl suitable for shop windows?
Absolutely. It is one of our most popular products for retail. You can choose from two application methods: Standard Fix: Applied to the outside of the glass. Inside Fix (Mirrored): We print your design in reverse so it can be applied to the inside of the window facing out. This protects the graphic from weather, cleaning equipment, and vandalism.
