Blackback Blockout fabric printing

Blackout fabric can be applied to display stands, banners and perfectly suits a whole range of display needs. It is also great for wrapping around display panels for a smooth, flawless finish. The display fabric uses PU blackout backing, which guarantees a smoother looking surface and is ideal for use with tension fabric systems (especially in combination with silicone bead edging).To ensure HD graphics and perfect artwork replication, we use the latest dye sublimation inks and printing technology which provide a bold, stand-out finish.

Our black back blockout display fabric is also fire-rated for indoor use and is water-resistant so it can be easily wiped down.

What is Blockout Display Fabric?
Blockout Display Fabric is a specialized multi-layer textile engineered to be $100\%$ opaque. It typically features a white printable face with an integrated black or silver "blockout" layer on the reverse. This prevents light from passing through the fabric, ensuring that internal frame structures or bright background lights do not create distracting shadows on your graphics.
Does the blockout layer affect the print quality?
Not at all. The printable surface is a high-quality, smooth polyester. We use Dye-Sublimation printing, which results in deep, saturated colors and crisp details. The blockout layer actually helps colors appear more vibrant because no light is "diluting" the ink from behind.
Is Blockout Display Fabric fire-rated?
Safety is a priority for all UK and European exhibition venues (such as the NEC or Excel). Our blockout materials are B1 and M1 fire-rated, making them fully compliant for use in trade shows, shopping centers, and public events.
