Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided flags?
Single-sided flags are printed on one side, with the design showing through as a 'mirror image' on the reverse. Double-sided flags consist of two pieces of fabric with a block-out layer in between, allowing your logo to be read correctly from both sides.
Can these flags be used in high winds?
Our flags are designed for typical outdoor conditions. However, we recommend taking them down in wind speeds exceeding 24mph (Beaufort Scale 6) to prevent damage to the fabric and poles.
Which base should I choose for my flag?
Use a Ground Spike for grass or soil, a Water Base for high-traffic outdoor areas, or a Cross Base for indoor exhibitions or flat, hard surfaces.
Are the flag graphics machine washable?
Yes. Our flags are printed on 115gsm knitted polyester, which can be machine washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle if they become soiled from outdoor use.
